Hi,does anyone know how to set up a company outlook email on z1 using built in email client, the pc itself is connected to company server

Well, for connecting you need to configure the email client on the z1, open the email put the user name and password configure the incoming port to 465 and outgoing port to 998, your device will start receiving the emails.
Note: Default ports are 465 and 998 but for your company it may be different, I'll say try contacting the network administrator for the port number or you can look onto your PC outlook settings for the port number.
