Microphone on keyboard

I have read multiple fixes. I still cannot get my microphone. Mine was above the keyboard. My phone updated and I believe that's when I lost it. Help...

The update may have caused a conflict or compatibility issue with the driver for the integrated microphone on your keyboard. Outdated or missing drivers can prevent the microphone from being recognized by your system.
