how to minimize text size on android platform?

i am a regulaar android user i struggeled alot but coulndt change text size and shape . after consulting with many friends and relatives and could not got solution to my problem then finally i consulted google and it answered me " To make your font size smaller or larger: Open your device's Settings app. Tap Accessibility, then tap Font size. Use the slider to choose your font size" thus its also a not good one for the permenant solution of my problem so i search at my own and got this one which is best for adjusting your text at andriod devices or platforms
