On my Galaxy S21 Ultra, is it possible to get the photos off of the device that has a cracked screen? I have everything backed up except the photos to the cloud, etc. My new device has everything my old did except photos/videos. I must have had the device set to not allow it without a prompt when connected to the computer, so I can't access the files that way. Any thoughts on a work around?

The only solution I know is to plug it into the pc.

Before connecting the phone to a computer, you may have to replace the cracked screen in order to access those files. Go to a phone repair shop nearby for help.
