Sd card always ask for format

I buy new phone. Then when i put sd card it always ask for format. I already try 3 sd card. Still same result. 2 my sd card is new. I just buy it but it still the same. Still ask for formating. I already mount but nithing happen. Or is it my phone is problem.?

How about just formatting it as requested? Maybe the file system format of the SD card does not match.

You must first format the disk before you can use it. If the problem persists, try some outlines from YouTube, if possible.
