A friend in Mauritania told me that he can find some paid app on Google Play while he can not download the app at all. (smug)

Can't users in Mauritania download any paid or free apps available on the Google Play Store?

You can get Mauritania download free apps or you can use es.savefrom.net/20-download-instagram-stories.html for another options

Maybe a Geo-restriction issue. Tell him to download a vpn and try downloading again.

Google has replied to me acknowledging that Mauritania is not available for app distribution at this time. :'(

So, users in that country will have to take advantage of some vpn app in order to download apps from the Google Play Store.
