Can someone create me a Google Play Console Account?

Hey i am a mobile game developer and i want to publish my games and apps in Google Play Store but to do that i need a Google Play Console Account, and you only can pay there trough Credit/Debit Card, the problem is that im 14 years old and have no credit card, i asked my parents but they dont understand me and wont give me the 25$ so i ask here if someone can create me one, i will pay 35$ thats 10$ easy money if someone is interested write me an e-mail!

Except a credit card, some debit cards of new generation banks like ICICI bank, HDFC bank will be accepted by Google for developer registration fee.

You should ask for EMV card which supports international transaction and offers more daily limits. EMV cards are also called as smart card in which the information are stored on the IC chip instead of the magnetic strip. This is to provide more security for your card.
