I have installed the dual sim card but want to be able to know what the number is. Under About phone bothe Phone number (Sim slot 1) and Phone number (Sim slot 2) are greyed out.
Please advise.

You may contact the customer service center of the operator to confirm whether the sim cards and their network service are in good condition.

The sim cards are working fine (I have dialled using both of them). So I don't think the two different network service providers are the issue.
