Good Morning,

Moto 5Gs

Switched to 4G in the normal way this morning, but the Internet isn't available. 4G triangle
has an '+' on it. Can't readily see any setting that would cause this.

Wifi works.

A list of solutions for your reference.

  1. Check if mobile data is turned on.
  2. Restart your Moto phone.
  3. Turn Airplane mode on and off.
  4. If your phone is 4G/LTE, make sure you check that it’s enabled in your network options.
  5. Check whether you enabled a mobile data limit.
  6. Reset APN Settings.
  7. If nothing helps yet, then you should contact customer service center of your carrier as there might be some network issue in your area. They'll visit your area and fix the issue.
