Issue with Whatsapp Images

Hi

I am using dual app in Whatsapp. That is running two whatsapp app on the same device for two different numbers.

Issue is - say someone sends me an image or forwards one, I download the image and when i open it via whatsapp, it again asks me to download and this circle continues.

Have attached a screen recording for better explanation.

Is it the built-in feature of your device to use the dual WhatsApp? Or are you taking advantage of some 3rd-party app?
If it is the latter, make sure the dual app you use is up to date or contact the developer for help.

I used to have a similar problem. I simply reinstalled WhatsApp, that's all.
