Hello All, I am new in this community. I would like to make a gaming app on the android platform and I need your suggestion which complier is best for it or anyone suggest to me some android development tutorial where I can learn more about it?

This question is not properly framed, You need to ask like which is the best technology to start with making a gaming app.

Your questions are right and the method is also right, you can use
Android Studio (ICC default compiler for x86),
Visual Studio (good compiler for developing Windows applications),
Java Suite is the best compiler of Android to develop a Game Application.
