Hi - I'm looking for some help - recently switched to an S10 and am trying to restore my WhatsApp chats etc.
The backup is showing in my Google Drive backups but for some reason WhatsApp isn't locating it when it comes to the "restore" option during app installation/set up and is just trying to do a local backup.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any help much appreciated!

hmm, weird. google backups usually help
You can Contact Google directly by searching for 'Google Helpline', see if you can get any fix. Really it's so worst to lose WhatsApp backup.
