gmail app keeps crashing?

hello,

these days some days ago, my pixel 3a xl maintains having the gmail app crashing each time i attempt to open it. i additionally get messages in the historical past saying gmail maintains stopping.

i've attempted to pressure close it, disable it/re-permit it, delete garage data and so on. but it continues crashing and i can't open my emails anymore via the gmail app.

has everybody else had an problem like this? or have every other solutions on a way to repair this?

Go to Settings - Apps, 
Select Gmail app, 
Clear data & cache.

Then try to open the app again.
