Is your device Samsung Galaxy Note 3?
To install Lineage OS 16 on Galaxy Note 3 , your device should have Bootloader Unlocked and should be running on latest TWRP Recovery.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

I keep getting notifications of upgrades and tell it to install but i don't know if the install actually happens and if it didn't where I go to find the downloaded files and how then do I install it
