CRM is not working on Android

Hello,

I don`t know if its the right place to ask. Whenever i tried to connect microsoft dynamics BI app on my android device, following error occured:

The action wasnt completed because you're disconnected. Please connect again and try again.

Any fix for that?

Update: Had to consult with dynamics.folio3.com on that issue.
