Motorola Moto G — How do I have callers without numbers rerouted to voice box?

Hi guys

I don't know what's wrong with my number, but I so often get callers that I don't know and that want to talk to some girl. The names change but it seems as if chicks invent numbers to get rid of idiots and somehow they come up with mine.

How do I get callers to end up immediately on my voice box?
