How to get weapons & money in Kick the buddy?

I've been having issues with almost everything that I've tried. I like playing kick the buddy. However there are limitations with-in the original game that I somehow have to lift.

I've tried mods and I've tried other tricks but none work. I need basically need to unlock all weapons and get unlimited money. Help.
