Help in my video streaming app

In my video streaming app, if you want to sign up then it displays "Failed To Register" but if you try to sign up again with the same credentials which you tried in your first attempt then it displays "Email id exist". Then if you try to login then , you get the dashboard successfully. How can I solve it? Please anyone help me. If you want my app then mail at coolhaka@rediffmail.com
