Photo scanner for android or PC at least

Hello everyone. Just curious what's your opinion about photo scanners? Is it a useful tool? By the way, who could help me to find a reliable photo scanner?

I use an old fashioned flatbed scanner and I am happy with the quality. Otherwise if needed I just take a photo with my phone
