Apps Not Install

when i can share apps from another mobile phone that can't install on my phone. some time some apps can install but some time it says app not install. whats problem ?

Check App Installer Settings in Windows
To do this, head to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. At the top, you'll see a Choose where to get apps section. If the dropdown is set to The Microsoft Store only (recommended) then you won't be able to install apps from anywhere else.

There are many reason but some here
Why Does the Android App Not Installed Error Occur?
1. Insufficient Storage
2. Corrupted App File
3. Storage Location
4. Application Permission

None of the suggestions helped me. I'll try to take down all the firmware of the phone, maybe it will help.
