lines on camera front view but not on selfie veiw

Hi i have a Samsung galaxy s4 tab (sm-t830) i tried to take a photo (front view) and the screen is all lines and un-viewable but when i put it on the selfie view its fine,the warranty is due to run out so i would like any info on this asap
