Need help here regarding Google Play Store Profile/Store issue

Hey there,
Just a new user to this forum.
So can anyone tell me "Step by step process of how to create a Google play store profile/store? Similar to Adda247 & Edurev"?
When you visit their apps in play store you can see there's a new profile page when we click on there Brand name.

Just curious to know, did they do that process by themselves or Play Store did that on their behalf??

Please do let me know about this if you know anything.

Their profile links - can be found by search their name - EduRev & Adda247 on Google Play Store & then clicking on their brand name.

The developer page is a feature of Google Play.
To help promote your brand and apps on Google Play, you can create a developer page in the Developer Console. To create a developer page, you need to have at least one published app on Google Play.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
