How to Fix Google Play?

Hello guys!this is my first question on this forum. My Huawei Nova Goole Play doesn't work. When I'm trying to open it it's crashing. I reset the mobile. But still, I'm suffering from this problem. So can anyone help me to fix this problem?

Is your device model Huawei Nova 5 Pro? Are you sure that the Google Play is a stock app on the device?
As I know, for some Huawei mobile phone models, GMS (Google Mobile Service) is not available in their EMUI systems.
