So I have this new Android mobile phone and it is Android 9. But whenever I connected to the internet there are a lot of advertisements and popups. Specifically, it's so bothersome when I watch a video from Youtube. The video paused and advertisement start. We are only able to skip it after 5 seconds.
Is there any kind of method to stop this?

The annoying ads must result from some apps with ad or even some malware on your device.
Check every apps in order to find and uninstall these apps. Have a malware scan with some security app.

If it is the reason I would have to uninstall all the games I downloaded. How should I check these apps to find out which is allowing this kind of spams? Is there any method? Thanks for the reply.

You can prevent ads from displaying on Youtube by using a free extension called Adblock Plus.
Open your web browser Google Chrome>Click Chrome menu button> Tap Tools> Choose Extensions> Find Adblock Plus> Click Add to Chrome. Then Youtube videos will no longer display ads.

From the settings of each APP, you can close the advertisment.
