this keeps popping up, no visible or hidden app, any idea how to get rid of itimageimageimage

Go to Settings - Apps.
Check if you have some installed app which is named with some like 'water drink reminder', or 'drinking water tracker', ..., and so on.
If yes, just uninstall it.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

I used to have this kind of app. I don't remember the name exactly. Soon it becomes more annoying than a reminder. And I know notifications filled the device and the sound of water splashing startled me sometimes. The best solution is to get rid of these kinda apps. Just uninstall it.
