I decided to delete my facebook account a while ago, but before I did I created a new messenger account without facebook. I created the new account using the same phonenumber and e-mail. Then I deleted my facebook account and data.
Recently I re-installed messenger on my phone, and when trying to log in, it didn't recognise my e-mail or phonenumber.
It seems my old facebook account and my new messenger account where mixed up.
