Before you were allowed to choose an entire album of images from the gallery as your wallpaper. Have them changed at interval. I'm actually astonished that they seemed to wipe the feature away all together. Unless I'm missing something.

Long-press on a blank area on the home screen and then tap on the Wallpaper icon, select Gallery.
Here you can choose only one image As your wallpaper.
