My phone wont boot or open bootloader/recovery how can i fix this? Its stuck at the loading screen that says lenovo

i had some problems with my phone and i decided to install a new rom i rooted my device installed twrp everything perfect i installed the rom successful but then and this happend...... can someone tell me how to fix this? :(
