Hello I need some help regarding ssl certificates that are not enlisted on android phone as trusted. I have a self ssigned certificate and to access my web page I need to have installed this ssl certificate on the phone. I try to install it on my phone but at the very end when everything is finished I got the message that my certificate is not installed. My certificate is pk12 and my Samsung Galaxy J4+ recognizes it but nevertheless I can not install it on my phone.
I have android 8.1 and I have to mention here that when I tried the same procedure on Motorola Moto G5 everything went smoothly. So can you help me? I am not an expert and that means I do not know anything about root access on the phone. The only thing I know that if I mess with root the warranty on my phone is gone. Thank you.
