Wifi doesnt turn on, battery drains quickly

My android phone(general mobile 5 plus) has washed in the washing machine(i know it is silly, but wasnt my fault).After screen wasnt turn on and i replaced it then it worked.But now wifi doesnt turn on, microphone doesnt work, battery drains quickly but everything else is ok.I also replaced microphone module with a new one but still now working.I checked some hardware test apps and i've found:
no wifi info
cpu core 1 2 3 4 stopped, 5 6 7 8 working
battery life look ok(i tried a few apps to verify but it still drains quickly)
all other parts are ok

So it is probably a hardware issue but can it be fixed?Should i clean inside the phone with something or should i just get rid of it?I am waiting for your answers if you need something to know ask it.Thank you.

and of course i factory reseted it.
