RECOVER TEXT NOT SAVED VIA HISUITE

I had to do a factory reset. Using Huawei HiSuite, I connected phn. to the laptop and did the upload for all files, pic, vids & text messages. Then I did the factory reset, and when completed went back HiSuite to RESTORE, and NO text messages. However, I have discovered that they are all on my computer exported from HiSuite to Microsoft Excel.

I cannot get the text messages transferred back to my phone using Hisuite or any other method I know of and am really hoping someone has the expertise to help me. Huawei tech support is useless.
