Download folders

When I look up my down loads why do I have 2 folders. The main folder has my down loaded things. The other folder (down loads) is under it and has just dates.

It's normal.
For my device, there are at least three folders for that, Downloads, Download, as well as DOWN_LOAD.
I think every web browser app (or any other apps) maybe has its own folder to save downloading destinations.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

It's normal. In my device, I have 4 folders. So before you download something check where you have selected to store them.
