My mother in law started talking to some guy on the whatsapp. I think he is fake but if I bring it up she trips out. How do i figure out if he is who he says he is???? All I have is his number.

If his phone number is unlisted finding out who he is, is going to be very difficult!
Caution your mother in law not to give him any personal or financial information!
Go on the internet and find the reverse phone number look up web sites and see if you can identify him there!
Sometimes these sites will tell you if his number is a suspected scammer.
