Use USB to - Transfer Files

Every time when i connect my mobile to laptop for copying files between laptop and mobile. i have to select "Use USB to - Transfer Files" manually every time. So is there any solution to connect by default USB as for : Transfer Files option When connected to Laptop/PC.
