What does it mean If you see 2 grey ticks on a message but no online status?

I had an argument with someone and I thought I was blocked but she hasn't read my messages since yesterday, I see 2 grey ticks but no online status but see a profile picture

Sounds like she read your message twice, and just didn't respond!
Was that her profile picture?
Can't say for sure without more information.
