Zimbra email is not properly working

Mozilla Thunderbird is a free and open source cross-platform email client developed by the Mozilla Foundation. We can access at any time. This is a good email client but How to change from TGZ to MBOX? please suggest me.

Install the email app you want then go into settings and reset your default to the new app! Then disable the old email app!

Hi,
May be it's because of FireWall ?
Give a pic of the error.
And look in the log.

Also look for port 8443.
