*Help* Grey lock screen with two question marks

All of a sudden my lock screen turned grey with two question marks down the bottom. Fingerprint unlock doesn't work and I have to swipe up, enter my pin which takes me to my normal lock screen where I can then unlock normally.

The grey screen displays the time only which doesn't update, it stays the same no matter how much time has past.

I have no idea how this happened or how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. image

Totally weird!
I have never seen this kind of problem before!
What kind of phone do you have?
Have you checked your lock screen settings? You will find them in your security settings.
Have you received any security updates latley? Or any updates at all?
Have you called customer support of the company that manufactured your phone?
Right now my gut instincts are telling me that this is caused by a update of some type!
And if I'm right ! It is very easy to uninstall that update!
