I'm a group administrator. There are 256 participants and me. One left the group. I didn't share link anyone, didn't add anyone but suddenly saw that
"a number (like +90 5xx xxx xx xx) added."
I don't know how did it happen and, how to prevent this, protect the groups. Please help urgently.

It is very strange, are you sure you are the only Admin? did the App say that the member was added by you? I consider Whatsapp groups to be extremely secured to be intruded just like that.

I'm not the only admin but when an admin add someone, the info box says "Admin X added Participant Y" In facy, he asked me, did you add anyone. But I had not.
Or when someone uses the invitation link, the info box says "Participant Z joined via an invite link"

But this is quite different. "+90 538 xxx has been added"

Is anyone hacking groups? Is it possible?

Hey Omer,

You can password protect your group chats so that only people with the password can join your group chat with joingroupchat.com.

I hope this is not too late. That's very strange.

There has been a fact that WhatsApp has frequently been the target of cybercriminals. Although the app itself is secured, many have reported falling prey to a fake WhatsApp software that turns out to be malware.

You should be careful using WhatsApp especially when it comes to working.

Check this article out - www.myline.com/whatsapp-international-calling.

I've learned a lot. I've used WhatsApp before and was not aware of the risk.

I hope this helps.
