NEED HELP WITH ANDROID IN NETBEANS

hi, i've been trying to do an Android app in netbeans 8.2.
I did everything tutorials says to install the plugin but i couldn't do it.
i don't know if the web-site was shutdowned, and i really need to do that app, so if anyone can help with this it would be great!image

As the screenshot shows, the date of last updating is 2014. So I suggest you change to Android Studio instead.
