The message appears to be an advertisement to install another app that contains another ad, and so on. Under no circumstances is it a virus, just to make you install an unwanted application. I guess you used a battery monitoring app, and I recommend you uninstall it. I recommend, however, to check with an installed anti-virus from a safe source.
