Benchmarking and memory traces

Hi, I would like to know if there exists any Android application to view the memory traces (like, memory hits/access, bytes read/wrote, number of bytes, timestamp of it etc.,). I am doing benchmark testing on different mobile platforms/development kits and would need the above said memory traces detail for any application running or invoked. This would help to know the performance of different platforms with different memory modules.

If there is no application of such kind or nearby one, kindly let me know what can be done to get these.
