Is Poco launcher can be downloaded into any Android device or is it only designed and developed for xiaomi devices? I want to install Poco launcher on my Vivo device. Is there any way to do so ...

Hi,

you will be able to install the new Poco Launcher on any device. It is available in the Play Store, but Xiaomi hasn't released it yet.
