Google Play Store keeps stopping

please anyone can help me. I am using HTC u ultra Android 8.0.0 when I am trying to download any app I getting a message that says "google play store has stopped" or "google play store keeps stopping" I had tried to clear cache and datas but it's still not working

Perhaps you have to try a factory reset after a full data backup.
