I think you need to use some app such as Skype or WhatsApp to make a WiFi calling.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Thank you for your answer James but that is not the answer I am looking for.
One does not need an app to make WiFi calls.
As long as the phone has WiFi calling facility and allowed by the carrier one can make even landline calls.
But I am not sure if this particular phone has this capability.

Okay, then do you mean some new feature like VoLTE?
In fact, my phone supports VoLTE. As I know, in order for feature VoLTE to work actually, it needs both of supports from your carrier network, your SIM card, and your mobile phone.
