What's the error message when you try to tap the camera icon on the upper-right corner of some contact in WhatsApp?

no error message rings the contact but when they answer it says unable to start camera . used to work when the first introduced the video calling.
Hi. If you are using custom rom based on marshmallow, you need to give permission to whatsap app in settings.

From what I have been reading on andriod pit and on the internet whatsapp has been broken since they developed it.
People have had one problem after another with it!
They should scrap the entire app and go back to the drawing board!
