Hi everyone!
In my galaxy s5 i have 3 pre-installed search engines! Google yahoo & bing.
Is there any way i can uninstall any of them?
And - if i can - should i ?
The reason i ask is, i have discovered that whenever I do a web search yahoo gives or sells my web activity to advertisers no matter what search engine i am using at the time! and I want to stop it!
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Settings - App Manager,
Select some search engine app, then try to uninstall it.

But in general, we can't uninstall any stock apps unless we have rooted the device.
If the 'Uninstall' button is grayed indeed, tap another button, 'Forece to stop', to stop it alternatively.

Is none of them listed in Apps Manager? If then, try to enable 'Show system apps' in advance, please.

For my phone, the steps are as below.

Settings - Apps Manager,
Tap 'More' at the bottom of screen, then select 'Show system apps'.

Have a good weekend to you all.

On my galaxy s5, when you enter systems apps, there is nothing at the bottom of the screen. On the top of the screen is 3 dots , tap on them and you have 4 or 5 selection one of them is "show systems apps". But none of the selections are "more".
I had a thought!
In android phones there are a few hidden menues. These are used for
servicing the device. I'm going to look into them!

Surely, 'More' = 3 dots. And in fact, you have found that menu item, 'Show system apps'. :D
After enabling that item, you'll find more apps in apps list of Apps Manager. (smug)
