Social app tools

Hi guys,

I'm working as a java developper (+4 years), i want to start building android apps but i don't know where to start, i'm usually working with maven, java 7, spring, oracle etc etc. I know for android it will be different. My project is to start building a social app like facebook but a simpler version of it.

Can you please lists me some tools to use to start such project ? which sdk to use, which db to use (compatible with postgre sql ?), which server, how to build the frontend etc, please provide me a full list of tools for the project, i will find tutorials myself after .
