Hello guys. I have a problem with whatsapp. Everything is OK except one thing: I can't chat with one of my friends using whatsapp messages. We both have saved the contact of the other one in the contacts list, but we can't see our profile images or our status, and also if anyone of us send a message to the other one the message can't be delivered (nothing like "double v" of delivered message). We controlled if anyone of us blocked the other one, we tried to create a whatsapp group with our contacts but nothing seems to be the right solution...I tried to contact whatsapp support but they didn't helped me...please, can you help me?
