Samsung Galaxy S3 mini — I8190L internal memory 0

Hi all, I have an I8190L, it works calls, internet 3g, sms and wifi, however it came with the internal memory 0 bytes not letting install anything, the same FW Brazil tim ZTM, already tried the stock, custom and tried to make root without success, pit with stock, someone can give me a light 4 days ago that I'm trying alone.
I saw some posts about efs corrupted but the same does not root and the procedure needs root.
