Battery Problems!

I am having some hard times with my battery. For some reason my battery runs out super fast. When it reaches a little bit under 20 percent it just shuts down. Could anybody know why this is happening, or have any suggestion?

I have the HTC Desire 610, its getting kind of old... I may think of getting a new one, but im still not sure yet
